This rings so true in my life. Thank you, so much. It is absolutely, 100% true. “I love and appreciate where I am, right now”. I have that written above my bed. So many times I think these negative thoughts, and this little quote has helped me rise above them.

Did I ever tell you that I still watch this when I need a pick me up? And I have that quote around my room: by my bed so it’s the last thing I see before I close my eyes, by where I put my chapstick and lotion, by my mirror where I do my makeup, and on the back of my door so I remind myself before I walk out into the world. I have travelled down a long path and will continue to travel it for some time but I at least have made it this far because of you. Thank you, big sis, for your words and support and love. XOXO
